From Taughannock Falls we went to Buttermilk Falls. Unfortunately, the drought made this location and the next one (Robert H. Treman State Park) pretty underwhelming. It’s not to say I didn’t like it, but the water was flowing so weakly! If we didn’t go during the drought these places would have been awesome! I think I’ll revisit The Finger Lakes region soon again if possible. So many beautiful sights that I want to take pictures of with my new camera.
Here is the only picture I liked from Buttermilk Falls ( I didn’t take any at Robert H. Treman State Park)
I wish I could just jump down there and take a nice long bath! But I’m not sure I could get out after!
After finishing up these two places, we went to the final destination of the day, Watkins Glen State Park. This place was special. I wish we saw the whole State Park, but we were tired. It was after 6pm when we got there and we had been up since 3am. Still, we saw some amazing sights.
Which set of stairs would you take?
Hopefully I don’t get stuck trying to fit through there!
This just looks cool
