We left the campsite about an hour before sunrise. Which reminds me, every morning on this trip we tried to see the sunrise and every morning it was really foggy! Nevertheless, we arrive at our destination. You have two choices at Letchworth State Park, you can hike around the park or you can drive around. We decided to drive, mostly because we didnt have enough time to hike the trails there and also because we were sore from the day before. But this state park is huge, so most people we came across were driving. Our first stop was yet another waterfall!!
What a good way to start the day. I just love waterfalls, if you couldn’t tell. This was the first of a few we saw today!
There’s the waterfall again! This place must look even more beautiful in the fall, but then again, what place doesn’t?
Now we had to take a short hike to see another cool spot! I really love the color green. As I write this post in mid-November I’m sad I won’t be seeing green for much longer.
I just thought this spot was pretty cool.
Here I am!
And from here we hiked back up to the car and off to our next spot!
So much green!!! There were also a lot of vultures flying around! I think they were vultures at least.
I feel so small.
An ocean of green to finish this location off.
